Common fixes
My glucose isn't showing up
- Check that your CGM's own app is running and connected to your sensor.
- Check Health access: iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > spike. Blood Glucose should be allowed.
- Remember the delay: CGM apps deliver data to Apple Health a few hours behind their own display (about 3 hours for Stelo). spike shows readings as they arrive. Tap the ⓘ on the glucose card in the app for details.
My meal shows "Tracking spike…" for a long time
- That's normal. spike analyzes a meal once the full 3-hour post-meal window of glucose data has arrived in Apple Health. With your CGM's sync delay, results typically land around 6 hours after eating. You'll get a notification when they do.
Subscription and billing
- Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel: iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions > spike.
- To restore a purchase on a new device, tap "Restore Purchase" on the paywall.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The AI misread my meal
- Open the meal, tap Edit, and adjust the ingredients. Nutrition recalculates and your logs update.
Delete my account
- In the app: Account tab > Delete Account. Or follow the steps on the account deletion page.
